What you will be doing:
- Update and maintain learning and development schedules and records
- Coordinate class logistics
- Research and manage external training vendors.
- Create curriculum for classes; live classes and on-demand
- Produce and/or facilitate classes.
Required Qualifications:
- One (1) to Three (3) years of Learning and Development experience OR a minimum of Four (4) years of closely related professional experience
- Experience in training delivery, facilitation, development
- Administrative Coordination of schedules, trainings, vendors, etc..
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and principles
- Use of Learning Technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience maintaining a LMS.
- Technological aptitude and curiosity.
