What you will be doing:

• Update and maintain learning and development schedules and records
• Coordinate class logistics
• Research and manage external training vendors.
• Create curriculum for classes; live classes and on-demand
• Produce and/or facilitate classes.

Required Qualifications:

• One (1) to Three (3) years of Learning and Development experience OR a minimum of Four (4) years of closely related professional experience
• Experience in training delivery, facilitation, development
• Administrative Coordination of schedules, trainings, vendors, etc..
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and principles
• Use of Learning Technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience maintaining a LMS.
• Technological aptitude and curiosity.
