The Global Lease Administrator is responsible for partnering with the local markets, global, and international teams along with cross-functional partners to ensure compliance with all lease administration tasks. This role is also responsible for maintaining the Points of Access report that tracks all Krispy Kreme locations and is used in quarterly and annual reporting. The preferred candidate for this role demonstrates the ability to balance strategic leadership with technical knowledge and process creation/execution.


A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Prepare, review and circulate Points of Access (monthly store count file) ensure tracking and legal compliance
  • Update and maintain process used to manage new shops requests and openings
  • Review and track obligations of global and domestic franchise partners to ensure they are developing new locations per their agreement. Connect with franchisees as necessary.
  • Partner with local lease administration teams to ensure compliance with systems and processes. Train teams as necessary.
  • Partner with lease account team and ensure SOX compliance for lease admin tasks

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelors degree
  • 10+ years experience in Development, Real Estate, Construction or similar industries.
  • Experience in the restaurant or retail industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability for organization and ability to manage multiple projects to achieve stated deadlines and goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
