ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – LEASING OFFICE

The Company owns and manages real estate throughout the US with a focus on the NY Metropolitan market. We are committed to creating a community of residential homes that feature luxury living options and amenities with convenient neighborhood retail meeting the demands of today’s tenants. We are looking to hire an experienced, self-directed Administrative Assistant to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all leasing inquiries, providing prompt and professional customer service.

Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.

Prepare communications such as emails, reports, and other correspondence.

Responsible for handling all day-to-day tasks involving property leasing.

Review financial statements and other documentation to verify accuracy of information.

Provide administrative support to managers and leasing agents by scheduling showings, keeping records of communication, and updating new listings or lease agreements.

Process applications including conducting background and credit checks.

Assist with marketing and advertising to promote vacant units, including creating and placing online ads.

Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS:

Must be highly organized with attention to detail.

Proven customer service experience.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Working knowledge of social media for monitoring and advertising purposes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in listing apartments in Nestio/Funnel website.

Proficient in On-Site leasing (RealPage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability
