We are a growing third party property management business located in Downtown Baltimore City currently managing units in Baltimore City and County. We have an immediate opening for a friendly, outgoing and self-motivated individual who has previous sales experience with the ability to offer competent service to our renters as a Leasing Agent. RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND VALID MARYLAND DRIVER’S LICENSE ARE REQUIRED.

Full Job Description
Essential Job Duties
- Lease apartments and assist with off-site marketing for approximately 40 scattered site communities in Baltimore City/County
- Conduct physical and virtual tours
- Maintain accurate records of photos, floorplans, property descriptions, amenities, etc. for all apartment homes
- Assist in weekly inspection and upkeep of show ready units and overall property appearance and curb appeal
- Follow all Fair Housing laws
- Complete and assist in the processing of rental applications
- Prepare and properly execute Lease Agreements and related forms
- Prepare and maintain resident files and general office files
- Complete or assist the Property Manager in maintaining up-to- date accurate reports, lease packages, market surveys, web sites and other correspondence
- Assist in collection of rents and deposits for new move-ins
- Submit work orders immediately after notification and follow-through for completion
- Be knowledgeable and able to assist in scheduling preparation of vacant units for occupancy
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Be knowledgeable of move-in and move-out inspection procedures and execute according to company policies
- Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants and representatives of other companies
- Assist with the resident retention & renewal process
- Check all voicemails, emails, text messages, and internet leads when received and respond in a timely manner
- Consistently and accurately record all communication in property management software
Education and Work Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years property management leasing experience required
- 5 years customer service experience required
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
- Strong sales and marketing aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Social media expertise is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000 per year + Commission $100 per lease up
