We are seeking an experienced Leasing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process from start to finish, including responding to inquiries, conducting tours, negotiating leases and ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of the local rental market and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate leases with tenants.
- Conduct market research to determine rental rates and occupancy trends.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract tenants.
- Provide customer service to tenants and prospective tenants.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare lease documents and other paperwork related to leasing activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
