Legal Assistant/Paralegal Job at Cecil Cianci Law, PC
Roseville law firm seeking a full-time family law paralegal/legal assistant At least one year of family law experience is preferred. College degree preferred, but not required.
Duties include:
- Preparation of form documents and motion
- Trial preparation and litigation support
- Answering discovery, summarizing large volumes of documents
- Calendaring and answering calls from clients
- Create and maintain internal files and case records
- Drafting and transmitting correspondence
Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook and knowledge of how to use basic office equipment. Knowledge/familiarity with Clio and Essential Forms is a plus. Applicant must have the ability to pay exceptional attention to detail, be strong in organizational skills and be experienced in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m, but can be slightly flexible. Please submit your resume, desired salary, a cover letter that explains your interest in working in this field, and date that you would be available to begin employment.
