Now seeking an organized and professional receptionist to provide general administrative and clerical support to our Office Manager and a team of attorneys, on-site within the firm located in Tampa, Hyde Park area.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while having previous experience working within a law firm or transferable industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
  • Answer and manage all incoming calls from clients, vendors, and other parties.
  • Maintain conference room calendars and coordinate meetings.
  • Keep meeting rooms, lobby, and kitchen areas clean and tidy.
  • Receive and sort daily mail and parcel deliveries.
  • Manage supplies in main Copy Room and submit orders.
  • Assist with monthly billing and conflict checks.
  • Work in cooperation with Legal Assistants in updating pleading indexes and case management.
  • Prepare documents for electronic filing with state courts.
  • Maintain confidential information in a trustworthy manner.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and other programs

Requirements:

  • Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
  • Proficiency with Windows
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Salary- $45,000 - $55,000 (negotiable based on experience)
