A well established and growing Fire and Water Restoration service company is seeking a Project Manager for the Lexington, KY market. This independent and privately owned company has an excellent reputation in the restoration sector and has been in business for twenty years.

Reporting to the company president, the Project Manager will play a key role in leading the Fire and Water restoration services for residential and commercial buildings with the goal of providing excellent customer service growing sales revenue within in the Lexington, KY market.

Job duties include:

• Business development and marketing to insurance agents, insurance adjustors, home and business owners
• Solicit repair work for residential and commercial restoration needs (water, fire, mold, hail damage, etc.)
• Provide project estimates to customers and insurance companies
• Manage and coordinate sub-contractors to complete work projects
• Serve as liaison and provide customer service between insurance companies and homeowners

Position requirements:

• Two to five years or more experience managing restoration projects
• Comfortable managing customer relationships including homeowners and insurance company representatives
• Self-starter who wants to be a leader in a growing business
• Effective communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• Able to work collaboratively with a wide range of people
• Professional courteous demeanor
• Having insurance and sub-contractor contacts in the Lexington market is a plus
• Reside within the Lexington, Ky area
• Able to provide customer estimates using project estimating software
• Able to use MS Office software
