Hermann Hill is a luxury boutique hotel. Our lodging offers spa services (massage only) either in our massage room or in the guest room. Our massage are set up by appointment only and we require our massage therapists to be available from 8am to 8pm (not all of these hours will be filled with massages). Our guests do like to set up last minute massages but the massage therapist will always be notified of this. Our massage therapists are paid based on commission only. The commission for pay is: Single Massage - 60% of income, Couples 60% split with other therapist for a total of 30% each. Our massage therapists are expected to arrive at work for their scheduled appointments on time and remain to clean up massage room (including cleaning and folding laundry).
Requirements:
You are required to carry your own liability insurance.
You are required to be licensed in the State of Missouri for Massage Therapy.
