Licensed Massage Therapist Job at Mizani Fitness
Mizani Fitness provides onsite & virtual Health and Wellness Programs specializing in Corporate Wellness, Government Health and Wellness and Residential Fitness nationwide.
We are currently hiring Licensed Massage Therapists with a Sign-On Bonus to provide onsite massage therapy services at a military installation in Hampton, VA.
The responsibilities of the Licensed Massage Therapists shall include but not limited to the following:
- Greet clients and ensure that Mizani Fitness massage therapy client intake forms are complete.
- Provide weekly onsite massage therapy services (chair and/or table massage) by assigned appointments Monday - Friday at Mizani Fitness client location.
- Ensure the Mizani Fitness client Massage Therapy room is sanitary prior to and after each massage therapy session.
- Adhere to Mizani Fitness policies and procedures
- Adhere to Mizani Fitness client's COVID-19 guidelines and policies surrounding massage therapy.
- Create a safe environment for Mizani Fitness clients.
- Attend Mizani Fitness staff and client meetings as required.
The Licensed Massage Therapists must possess the following:
- Graduate from a National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) School or equivalent
- Active Virginia state license to practice massage therapy
- Perform the following massage modalities: Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Sports, Swedish and Chair
- Current AED/CPR certification
