Frazier Wellness Services is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our multi-disciplinary team! We are an Intensive Outpatient Substance Use & Mental Health Program located in South Saint Paul. Our clinic strives to provide excellent, client-centered care while providing each individual with the tools needed to meet their life goals.
Job Requirements: fully licensed to practice mental health - LPCC, LICSW, LCSW, LP, LMFT; ability to pass DHS Background Check
*Preference may be given to dually licensed individuals with LADC
Job Duties: provide diagnostic assessments, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, participate in multi-disciplinary case reviews, utilize evidence-based treatment modalities in treatment methods
Salary: Salary will be determined by qualifications & experience
