Full Job Description
LPN $25 per hour – Part Time 2 days a week Overnight (11PM-7AM)

Responsibilities:
*Assist Seniors in maintaining physical, social and psychological well-being in the best interest of residents.
*Administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider
*Observer/report responses to your supervisor
*Assist with ensuring the medication supply room is organized and clean
* Monitor and care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician as well as documenting responses to care plans.
