Job Position: Nurse - LPN Float
Location: Savannah, GA 31406
Pay Rate: Starting at $25.00/hr.
Description: Busy Primary Care clinic in Savannah, GA hiring for a License Practical Nurse. The ideal candidate is a doer, with team spirit, a positive attitude and able to jump in and help.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Licensed Practical Nurse will help triaging patient upon appointment check in (vital signs, medication review/update, start note for provider)
- Injections (IM, Sub-q) as ordered by provider
- IV Infusions as ordered
- Prescription refills / Prior Authorizations
- Licensed Practical Nurse will check out and schedule next appointment
- Licensed Practical Nurse will preform Ancillary testing (EKG, PFT, Diabetic Eye exam, Metabolic testing)
Rotating schedule daily/weekly.
*7am-4pm (arriving at 6:50am)
*7:30-4:30
*8am-5pm
*8:30-5:30 *9am-close (6:30pm-7pm)
Weekends off!
