We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a team of professionals to ensure our company is delivering the highest quality of clinical care in a supportive and collaborative environment. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will serve a vital role in maintaining an ongoing and accurate patient record, while working with patients and other medical staff to ensure the patients' needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and generate treatment recommendations based on the diagnosis.
- Integrate psychosocial information into the treatment plan.
- Evaluate and periodically modify treatment plan according to client's progress.
- Conduct diagnostic testing when necessary.
- Evaluate and manage patient's overall needs.
- Develop a therapeutic alliance with the patient and family members.
- Use clinical judgment to define problems, gather information, and set goals for treatment.
- Establish a working therapeutic relationship with patients.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
