Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) -Home Health and/or Hospice Job at American CareQuest, Inc.
American CareQuest Home Health and Hospice Agency is actively looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to care for our home-bound patients in San Francisco, Peninsula (San Mateo County) for Full-time, Part-time, or Per Diem positions.
Compensation:
- Competitive Pay Per Visit Rate or Full-time position available.
- Flexible Scheduling
- Per Diem position schedule so that you can control how much you make with our Pay-Per-Visit structure with potential Full Time
- Mileage/ Parking reimbursements
Responsibilities:
- Understands and adheres to established policies and procedures.
- Implements the nursing care plan for each patient.
- Prepares clinical notes and charting in a timely manner.
- Provides nursing services, treatments, and diagnostic and preventive procedures as assigned.
- Observe signs and symptoms and report reactions to treatments to RN.
- Teachers and counsels the patient and family/significant others regarding the nursing care needs.
- Prepares equipment and materials for treatments.
Qualifications:
- Current California LVN License
- Current CPR/ BLS Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- 1 Year: LVN experience (preferred)
