About the role:

We are looking for our next core team member to join the Licensing team! You will play an integral part in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of licensure applications across the healthcare provider spectrum in all U.S. states and territories. Additionally, you will be assisting in the training of the licensing team and in the development of our licensing processes. As an employee joining at the ground floor of this early-stage start-up, you’ll play a key role in helping to design and execute the infrastructure of this growing team. This is a fully remote role and will report to the Senior Lead of Licensing.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain documentation and reporting regarding licensure applications in process
• Retain records related to completed applications for licensure
• Interact professionally with customers and State Board representatives to provide appropriate and timely responses to inquiries and concerns regarding licensure applications
• Collaborate with leadership and teammates on process improvement
• Assist with the training and development of the licensing analysts
• Obtain and/or enter information in a timely and efficient manner
• Lead and/or actively participate in client and departmental meetings

What you’ll need:

• 2+ years of healthcare operations required, licensing experience strongly preferred
• 1+ years of training experience
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with effective time management skills
• Ability to prioritize throughout the day as workflow changes
• Experience in multi-state compact licensing, notary documentation processes and fingerprinting processes is a plus!
