RRL is a 21-room luxury lodge and well-known fine dining restaurant. The ranch is a premier wedding and event destination that is nestled on the banks of the Gallatin river. We are a first-choice place to stay for the adventurous traveler, plus we host rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremonies, receptions, and corporate events. Our venue highlights include: a riverside barn/event tent, gazebo, and expansive riverside lawn. For more intimate gatherings, we offer the flexibility to host private celebrations in our main dining room, lodge, or private wine cellar.

We currently are looking for Line and Prep Cooks to join our team for the restaurant and events. Applicants should have line and prep cooking experience and a passion for providing guests high-quality food to enjoy.
Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Ensuring the highest quality food properly executed to Chef standards.
- Following all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Adhering to all the Rainbow Ranch recipes.
- Maintaining open communication with management and fellow team members.
Applicants Must:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Can speak, read, and write in English.
- Be able to work standing for 8+ hours.
- Be flexible in scheduling with the ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Have a ServeSafe or Food Handler's certification (or be able to attain it).
Preferable Advantages:
- At least two years of line cooking experience in a fine dining and high-volume establishment is preferred.
- Formal culinary training is preferred.

- Professional attitudes and appearance.
- Adaptability, flexibility, positive attitude, even temperament and a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- The ability to assess situations and problem-solve to find effective solutions should challenges arise.
