Job Duties:
- Responsible for preparing guest food.
- Maintaining kitchen sanitation to club and Health District standards.
- Stocks, sets up, clean, and maintains workstation.
- Performs daily prep work for station and cook’s line.
- Stock food items for the next shift.
- Cleans station and equipment daily and ensures sanitation procedures are followed.
- Prepares, plates, and presents food dishes per club kitchen standards.
- Helps store and put away deliveries three days a week.
- Maintains proper kitchen educate.
- Communicates with the line for prompt and efficient ticket times.
- Maintaining expiration of food items do not exceed 5 to 7 days on cook line and the walk-in.
- Showing up for work on time and ready to work at least 5 minutes before scheduled in time.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
