Position Summary:
The position is required to serve the customers’ needs and the requirements of their aircraft in accordance with Galaxy FBO policy and procedures by performing essential industry standard duties.
General:
- Ability to interact with professionalism and discretion with high profile clientele.
- Must be able to work independently and problem solve issues as they arise.
- Flexible schedule with open availability.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Dedication to developing and delivering an exceptional customer experience which is at the core of Galaxy’s commitment to the Client.
Pay Level: $18 - $22/hr Based on Experience
