  • JOB SUMMARY
      Maintains resident’s laundry needs.
  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
      MAINTAINS RESIDENT LAUNDRY NEEDS
      • By sorting personal laundry and preparing for sorting.
      • By loading, unloading and reloading washing machine with soiled laundry and adjusting controls to proper setting.
      • By loading, unloading and reloading dryer with clean laundry and adjusting controls to proper setting.
      • By folding, sorting and placing clean laundry on delivery carts.
      • By examining clothing for repair or replacement.
      • By ironing clothing that needs attention to maintain a high quality standard.
      DELIVER CLEAN LAUNDRY
      • By delivering clean laundry to floors and placing in proper rooms.
      KEEPS LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT OPERATIONAL
      • By cleaning lint traps and drains on an as needed basis (at least three times per shift).
      • By cleaning and maintaining equipment.
      MAINTAINS SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT
      • By complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
      MAINTAINS CONTINUITY BETWEEN SHIFTS
      • By keeping superior informed of concerns and needs.
      CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT
      • By accomplishing related results as needed.
      • By working together by covering for absent employees.
      • By helping in other areas when needed.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

Schedule: Full Time (40 hrs/wk), Day Shift - 8 hours, 6 AM - 2:30 PM
