We are looking for a Loan Processor to join our team and help with the processing of loan applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying customer information, preparing loan documents, and ensuring that all paperwork is accurate and compliant with regulations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process loan applications and documents in a timely manner.
• Verify accuracy of information on loan applications.
• Communicate with customers, lenders, and other third parties to ensure the timely processing of loans.
• Maintain accurate records of loan applications and documents.
• Perform data entry into the loan processing system.
• Assist in the preparation of reports related to loan processing.
• Provide customer service to borrowers and lenders.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• H.S. diploma required, a College degree in Business, Finance or Accounting, or a related field preferred
• Working knowledge of Conventional and FHA & VA programs and guidelines
• A minimum of 3 years of current residential mortgage processing experience
• Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations, including but not limited to Regulation Z and Regulation B requirements, and loan documents preferred
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Available to work varying hours and overtime if needed
• Encompass or Caylx experience
• Computer Knowledge (DU, LP, Microsoft Office & Windows)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $39,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
