Pearl World Inc is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Logistics Assistant to join the team! In this role, you will use your keen attention to detail to oversee orders and handle shipping logistics with the utmost accuracy. We’re looking for a diligent, driven professional and born people-person excited to join.
Responsibilities:
Effectively troubleshoot and resolve client issues via phone
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all orders;
Process wholesale orders
Create pick tickets and invoices
Monitor shipping timelines
Communicate with cross-functional teams regarding delivery issues
Communicating daily with Customer Service and Client Service teams, Partnering with warehouse to ensure delivery times
Coordinate with LTL carriers on shipping
Record AR/AP to Quick book
Assign PO to factoring company
At least 2-3 years experience in Wholesale logistic business.
Proficient in excel, adobe, word, Quick Book.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,283.29 - $60,000.00 per year
