Overview:
EagleView is currently looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our Drone Pilot Success team.
As a Logistics Specialist on the Drone Pilot Success team you will be responsible for the assembly, shipping, storing and receiving of drone kits including a pre-built drone and all accessories needed to fly. This role requires the ability to build and optimize repeatable processes, while juggling inventory and hardware. Additionally, you will provide tier 1 technical assistance to vendor network pilots and customer pilots utilizing the EV Right Now product. This role requires full time, in office presence Monday- Friday and the occasional Saturday too. - Assemble “Drone Kits” that include a drone and all accessories needed, and register the drones with the FAA
- Ship, store, and receive drone kits as required to support the drone network and Right Now customers
- Maintain accurate inventory counts of all drones and relevant accessories both stored and deployed to the field
- Perform quarterly audits of the current drone inventory
- Work with network pilots and Right Now customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the EV Drone App and drone hardware
- Work with larger Drone Pilot Success, Product, and Engineering teams to complete user acceptance testing for new versions of the EV Drone App
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to trouble shoot and resolve technical issues, often involving specialized teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- FAA Part 107 certification to fly drones as a commercial pilot preferred (training and certification offered via EV if you do not have already)
- Ability to multi-task and be nimble while learning and mastering new technology and processes quickly
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities
- Detail orientated with ability to focus attention on details
- Quickly understand large amounts of information, terms and acronyms, and adapt to rapidly changing procedures
The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. All Fulltime (30+ hours) employees are eligible for PTO, Sick and Parental Leave; Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; 401(k) Plan; Tuition Assistance; Health Savings Account and Health Reimbursement Accounts; Life Insurance; Employee Assistance Program. This is an in office, full-time position with a base salary range of $17-$23.50 per hour.
