At Ross Production Services (RPS), we power video production for hundreds of shows each year across the United States and the World using the industry’s widest range of smart production solutions, you will help create. Our company is experiencing strong growth in eSports, entertainment and sports and is searching for a dynamic, self-motivated, highly technical doer to take RPS operations to the next level.

What the job is all about:

• Develop processes that make the logistics for all events more efficient and organized
• Work with Warehouse Managers and Supervisors to maintain and develop operational processes, procedures, reports, and analysis.
• Oversee asset tagging and tracking
• Perform inventory checks, clean, and organize the CT facility.
• Coordinate with Operations department to ensure trucks have necessary equipment for events using multiple platforms (i.e. emails, phone calls, internal database system).
• Collaborate between Remote Engineers and Operations personnel to prepare, source and ship rentals & inventory as necessary.
• Manage logistic requirements for the warehouse, both outbound and inbound needs. Work with production areas and warehouse staff to review work in progress jobs, material in stock to ship, as well as plan for upcoming jobs. Review and prioritize current and future shipping needs.
• Other duties as required

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma or equivalent combination of education and
• experience.
• Responsible and able to work with limited supervision
• Able to handle multiple concurrent demands
• Attentive to detail and accuracy
• Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking
• Strong organizational skills
• Team player
