Logistics Team Office Support Job at Mini Melts of America
The Logistics Team Office Support role will assist the logistics coordination team with ensuring that product is delivered efficiently to customers by facilitating the communication from the corporate office to various delivery facilities located across the country. They will also assist the data analytics team with using real time sales and delivery data to improve the customer experience as well as internal function within all departments of the company including operations, sales, and accounting. The Logistics Coordinator Team Member position requires great attention to detail, organization, and time management skills, Excel and Google programs literacy, along with exceptional communication skills. The responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator Team Member will include, but not be limited to:
- Daily communication with regional and depot managers and drivers to provide clarification on planned routes, assisting with planning daily routes based on sales data,
- Providing paperwork from the corporate office to the depots in order to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, tracking daily routes to assist in troubleshooting any issues encountered by the route drivers throughout the day.
- Use route planning software in conjunction with reports provided by the Data Analytics team to plan routes for distribution facilities
- Acquiring and organizing data into legible reports from a variety of company sources to be disseminated across departments for the purpose of making informed business decisions
- Researching existing and potential customers then providing accurate information to the correct source
- Assisting with company wide report publication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
