Responsibilities
Lotus Notes Engineer (Senior). Installs, upgrades, tests, patches, and maintains SW on the Lotus Notes/Domino systems. Ensures compliance with agency standards for email client and desktop configurations as well as email archiving and retention, backup, records management, and legal requirements/retention policies. Maintains Tier 3 support for Lotus Notes Administrators and Tier 1 and 3 technicians. Provides administrator support to regional offices/labs without administrators. Maintains procedures, guides, and how-to. Provides DR procedures, security guidelines, and security plans. Program: EPA ESSET
Qualifications
High School 9+ years (or commensurate experience)
