JOB SUMMARY: Responsible developing, executing and measuring loyalty programs for Northgate enterprise businesses. Loyalty programs will include but not be limited to Prospera and Northgate Gonzalez Market, and can expand to Marque Medical and Pueblo partners. The Loyalty Manager will have end to end responsibility including contributing to systems structure and data foundations, evaluation, execution and management of 3rd party partners and development and execution of marketing outreach and customer communication strategies and plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Contribute to shaping long-term loyalty vision, and communicating this vision to all stakeholders, from the OOP to associates in each store. Act as champion to embed a loyalty/customer centric mindset and shared understanding among stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Contribute to selection and integration of Loyalty solution vendor(s). Solutions must consider
- Digital wallet and security for Prospera coupons
- Customer Segmentation development and reporting
- Campaign counts, execution, forecasted impact and actual impact, test and control cells
- Targeted programs to drive desired performance such as new categories, more trips, customer retention and growth, threshold programs and much more
- New features and benefits should constantly be in development
- Ensure that all programs are aligned within the emerging Northgate digital ecosystem
- Creation of impactful and effective customer communication strategies that deliver on stated goals and objectives. Recommend, analyze and report KPIs and customer behaviors.
- Managing, Executing and Monitoring programs and aligning data from various locations and executing via various channels
- Develops, manages and communicates annual budgets related to various 3rd party partners as well as loyalty related expenses
- Create and deliver analytic reports, insights and assessments on individual campaigns and overall program impact.
- Act as a key contributor to our systems architecture and customer master. Is a key owner of master customer data. Work with cross-functional team to educate on customer use cases, ensuring customer issues/solutions are resolved
- Acts as one of the key strategists and data protector related to customer privacy. Ensure that our loyalty strategies are in compliance at all times.
- Comfort in presenting programs and benefits to all levels of the organization
- Work closely with key stakeholders in multiple functions, such as
- Train and update sales and merchandising teams on driving customer usage.
- Partner with marketing to create campaigns that drive demand and program participation among new and existing customers.
- Partner with finance on ROI analysis and recommendations for changes in investment levels to drive revenue goals.
REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS:
Education/Experience
- High school diploma required; College degree highly suggested.
- Minimum 5 years experience in loyalty program development and execution. Desired experience in retail, finance, health or hospitality sectors.
- Strong knowledge of database structures, program execution, analytics and ROI
- Understanding of loyalty vendors and their capabilities, ideally with some agency management experience
- Experience and understanding of customer segmentation
- Comfortable with systems and customer dataflow
Skills Required
- Bi-Lingual understanding a must, fluency in Spanish and English a huge plus
- Must possess excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must be organized and proficient at creating organizational systems.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Must be extremely detail oriented.
- Must be a self-starter who is comfortable with long term strategic planning as well as executing rapidly on tight timeline
SALARY: $75,000 - $125,000

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to present programs and explain operations and benefits to wide array of different stakeholders
- The employee must be able to drive from store to store to engage with operations teams
- Successful performance requires specific vision abilities that include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
