JOB TYPES: Full-time, 3 x 12-hour Shift (8aM - 8pM)
Pay: Up to $27/HR - $8,000 Sign-On Bonus
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assesses and evaluates the health status of the resident/patient and provides care and treatment in accordance with physician orders and standards of practice
- Administers medications and treatments, and participates in the care planning and implementation
- Communicates with physicians regarding changes in conditions, diagnostic test results, etc., and documents assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy
- Educates patients and their families on health-related issues

- Valid LPN License (Required)
- CPR Certification (Required)
