LVN - Resident Service Director Job at Pacifica Senior Living Country Crest ALF
LVN Resident Director will be responsible for supervising the establishment and promotion of community values, addressing issues of campus safety, organizing events and conflict resolution while working closely with our management team at the site's on-site location. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in resident leadership, effective communication skills and a passion for working with young adults. Resident Director candidates should also have prior managerial experience and outstanding planning, organizational and written communication skills, as well as the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and direct the daily operations of the hall.
- Ensure residents are satisfied with the hall.
- Maintain resident safety and security.
- Meet with residents to resolve conflicts.
- Manage and resolve resident concerns about community issues.
- Deal with emergency situations in the hall.
- Conduct regular fire training for residents.
- Develop emergency plans for the hall.
- Be familiar with policies regarding space allocation and room assignments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
