Arch Amenities Group, the world's leading spa, fitness and amenity management firm, is seeking a remote M&A Integration Accounting Manager for our corporate team. The M&A Accounting Manager will lead the integration of new acquisitions into AAG from an Accounting process standpoint.

AAG is a leading provider of design, consulting, and outsourced management services to spas, fitness centers, and wellness & lifestyle facilities for hospitality, residential, and corporate clients in the United States and abroad. AAG’s customer base includes premier hotels, commercial fitness centers, and lifestyle communities including the Baccarat Hotel, the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, Brooklyn Sports Club, and Verdure Fitness, among others.

AAG is currently expanding its team through acquisitions and dynamic growth and is looking for hardworking and creative individuals who can assist the Company in the next phase of its growth in becoming the premier outsourced amenity services provider. Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the due diligence process leading up to the acquisition to start to set up processes and procedures to implement post acquisition related to all functional accounting areas
  • Developing and implementing an acquisition dashboard with key tasks and owners
  • Leading the transition 30, 60, 90 days for all relevant parties
  • Be responsible for preparing and recording the initial transaction in the financial system
  • Gather and share all relevant information from the acquisition with those needed
  • Work with all functions in Accounting to seamlessly on board on the new company
  • Payroll – new locations set up, employees hired in timely, information accurate, organize training of new staff
  • Accounts Receivable – record and reconcile AR that was purchased, collections of old AR, develop process for recording future AR with Ops team
  • Accounts Payable
  • Client Financials – if relevant
  • Assist with onboarding any Accounting staff that was retained

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Project Management & all areas of Corporate Accounting
  • Ability to achieve broadly communicated objectives with a minimal amount of supervision
  • Ability to make decisions independently
  • Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and financial skills
  • Excellent business partnering skills and experience in communicating with all levels of the organization
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task
