Machine Operator

Sets up and operates a wide variety of automatic, or semi-automatic machines including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company's product.

This role is responsible for shot peening.

Location: Miami, FL

Your Challenge:

• Full cycle machine operation including setting up machinery, feeding materials, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished product from the line.
• Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks.
• Accurately follow and interpret instructions and drawings.
• Complete production documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Meet production deadlines.
• Attention to detail is critical.

Your Expertise:

• 1-2 years of experience is preferred
• Manual dexterity.
• Ability to read, understand and follow simple instructions and assembly drawings.
