DLX Deals is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Machine Operator and Warehouse Order Picker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating stand and reach pickers and fulfilling customer orders by accurately and efficiently picking and packing products from our warehouse inventory. This position requires frequent lifting and moving of objects up to 25 pounds and the successful candidate should enjoy solving problems while in a deadline-driven environment. Additionally the candidate may be required to stand for extended periods of time while operating.

Responsibilities:

• Must be certified to drive stand and reach lift trucks
• Accurately and efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures and guidelines
• Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory and products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations
• Ensure accuracy of inventory counts by performing regular cycle counts and reporting any discrepancies to management
• Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines to ensure the highest level of customer service and order accuracy
• Assist with receiving and restocking inventory as needed
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that daily tasks are completed on time and with a high level of accuracy
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Opportunities to train and develop additional skillsets are provided upon employment.

This position includes PTO however does not include insurance benefits at this time. We require drug testing and full background checks on all potential employees.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
