- Routine maintenance and upkeep of district facilities to include but not limited to:
- Plowing, snow removal and salting of sidewalks for the district.
- Knowledge of general maintenance duties, such as plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
- Some vehicle work and repair of operations equipment.
- Grounds work as necessary
- Perform duties assigned for the district work order system.
- The ability to do small engine repair.
- Routine maintenance and understanding of fire alarm systems.
- Any and all other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or central office administrator.
- Be available for emergency call-ins when necessary.
- Must have the ability to work varied shifts. Must be able to work independently.
- Make recommendations of equipment needed for replacement for the Operations Department.

Hourly rate at least $18.74/hr

SUMMARY:
Support the Director of Facilities in the maintenance and upkeep of our district facilities, and grounds with an emphasis on general maintenance.
