Village Concepts of Port Angeles, Park View Villas is looking for a qualified Maintenance Assistant to join our team.
We offer:
- Competitive pay: $18-$20/hr, DOE

Responsibilities:
- Support of the maintenance department to include: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, general repair and preventative maintenance.
- Carpet cleaning/extraction, UTO's
- Complete work orders as assigned
Qualifications:
- One year of maintenance or construction experience, fundamental knowledge of building maintenance, use and operation of hand and power tools, excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to show sincere compassion and genuine concern for the needs of the community and residents.
Requirements:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid Washington State Drivers License
