Job Title:Maintenance Associate, Full-time (35 hours a week)
Reports to:Pastor
Location: St. Charles Borromeo Parish
Port Charlotte, FL
Overview:
St. Charles Borromeo Parish is looking for a full-time Maintenance Associate to assist with maintenance of grounds at the Parish property.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining and cultivating grounds
- Adhere to proper cleaning methods, storage, and proper care of equipment and supplies
- Operate small power equipment such as lawnmowers, weed eaters, pressure washer, etc.
- Landscape and grounds maintenance, equipment & golf cart maintenance.
- Other duties as directed by St. Charles Borromeo
- Self-motivated individual able to work independently
- Need to have basic landscaping experience skills
- Lift up to 50 lbs. and, on a regular, basis, climb ladders, bend, kneel, etc.
- Must have a current/valid Florida Driver's License
- Must enjoy working outside
- Must pass background check
