Maintenance/Custodial Worker
Kenny Ross Subaru is looking for a qualified individual to help with maintenance tasks and various custodial duties around the dealership to keep it looking presentable and well-maintained for customers.
Requirements:
- Making minor building repairs
- Installing/replacing light bulbs; minor electrical work
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Washing windows
- Grass cutting/landscaping
- Snow removal & parking lot maintenance
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance/repair experience required
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Ability to read technical manuals & drawings
- Physical stamina & the ability to lift 50lbs or more
- Ability to operate heavy machinery & large vehicles, such as Scissor lift and snow plow trucks
- Must pass background check, motor vehicle record check, and pre-employment drug screen
