The Sheraton Park City is looking for an experienced individual to join our PM Engineering team full-time as an Engineer/Maintenance Tech! Would love someone with prior experience, especially in a hotel - Sheraton/Marriott experience preferred, but not required.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Engineer/Maintenance person will assist the Chief Engineer in maintaining the physical aspects of the hotel.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assist with maintaining the hotel, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.
• Replace air conditioner filters.
• Tend furnace, air conditioner, and boiler to provide heat, cool air, and hot water for guests.
• Maintain standards of quality guest service.
• Tend to pool area including chemical balancing, cleaning, etc.
• Scrupulously adhere to all safety standards.
• Increase level of guest satisfaction by delivery of an exceptional product through employee development.
• Promptly respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
• Any other projects as assigned by the Chief Engineer.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• The majority of the shift will be working on your feet.
