Qualifications: The ideal candidate is a high school or equivalent graduate with two (2) years’ experience or equivalent. Previous experience and skills in basic building maintenance, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, working knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, air conditioning, masonry, basic lock repairs, painting, appliance repair and maintenance.

• Responding to work orders, emergency, and trouble calls; performing preventive maintenance to rental units, public and service areas, equipment, machinery and building facility.
• Interior and exterior painting and wall repair/maintenance as requested.
• Masonry/or concrete, tile, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, air conditioning, trouble shooting and other repairs found in and on the property.
• Maintaining and cleaning pool and jacuzzi, including surrounding pool deck and lounge chairs and tables.
• Accurate documentation on work orders, logs, supply order requests and daily time sheets.

Pay: $27.41 per hour
