CCWD is seeking a skilled, motivated, and team oriented Maintenance Manager. This position will be located at our Concord location and will be responsible for overseeing the Treated Water Distribution System and Canal, Watershed, and Grounds Maintenance. What you will typically be responsible for:

  • Managing the Treated Water Distribution System and Canal, Watershed, and Ground Maintenance.
  • Developing and implementing department goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
  • Managing department information systems strategy and application development.
  • Evaluating operations and activities of assigned responsibilities and developing and implementing improvements.
  • Managing maintenance activities for raw water storage and conveyance, treatment facilities, treated water pump stations and reservoirs, and facilities and grounds maintenance.

Pay: $187,408.00 - $227,780.00 per year
