We have an outstanding opportunity for a Maintenance Manager at our plant in Waite Park, MN.

The primary tasks will include but are not limited to:

· Lead and manage all maintenance activities at the Waite Park, MN facility, in support of manufacturing, packaging, and distribution to ensure machine capability and process control

· Manage the facilities services departments to ensure all areas are in compliance and controlled

· Manage facilities related capital projects such as equipment installation, HVAC, building controls, and Robotics. Participate in a multi-year plan for facilities projects

· Ensure ongoing capability of operations through proper preventative maintenance of equipment and facilities

· Manage a team of 3-5 employees and contractors

· Support operations

Qualifications:

· Advanced degree desirable

· Fluent in English

· Project Management skills – Microsoft or other applicable applications.

· 10 years management experience in engineering / maintenance

· 5+ years experience leading a group of maintenance skilled craftsman

· Strong technical knowledge with regards to machinery, building maintenance, utility management, and PLC's

· Experience in ladder logic, Robots, and Drives

· Extensive knowledge of maintenance management techniques

· Team building skills including ability to motivate and engage skilled craftsmen

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and team-oriented, with strong communication skills
