Performs duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of all hospital properties in good repair. Is held accountable for policies and procedures of the department and organization. This position supports the mission, vision, and philosophy of CommonSpirit Health.

Pay Range
$18.83 - $25.89 /hour

Qualifications
Valid ND Driver’s License
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of two (2) years of facility maintenance experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work with a variety of people
Ability to communicate effectively
Entry level computer skills
Must of knowledge of boiler codes and safety regulations for all assigned equipment
Experience in building maintenance for a large plant or facility
Knowledge of multi-meter use (i.e. ohm/resistance, capacitance, farad, temperature, amps, and continuity)
Technical or trade school training preferred
Pay Range
$18.83 - $25.89 /hour
