Maintenance Mechanic - Food Manufacturing Job at Del Monte Foods, Inc
The Maintenance Mechanic position requires experienced industrial mechanics proficient in machine repair and maintenance. Manufacturing and food processing experience is preferred. Specific knowledge in any of the following is ideal: aseptic systems, turbines, evaporation, cooling towers and large centrifugal pumps, packaging and labeling equipment, industrial cookers and coolers. Will dismantle, clean and assemble various pumps, valves and vessels.
We are looking for candidates who are team players with stellar work ethics. Candidates must be able maintain a positive and professional work atmosphere while making safety a priority.
This is a full- time, hourly position that works 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. Selected candidates must have open availability for varying shift schedules including evening/weekend hours. During processing season, overtime hours are required.
The rate of pay for this role is $33.00/HR.
