You lead the Maintenance team. You are tasked with keeping the hotel at our highest standard of appearance and working order. You do this by maintaining the physical asset in "like new" condition and thus are a key driver of guest satisfaction. You also create and maintain an orderly working environment and are knowledgeable of safety standards regarding chemical storage and general safety guidelines. You understand how critical first impressions are and that everything must be kept in perfect working order, thus setting the stage for a great guest experience. As the maintenance person, you possess many skills and resources to complete this job. You have an excellent working knowledge of all general trade skills and communicate closely with the hotel management teams to keep them updated on your work. You take pride in what you do, the hotel, and 360 Hotel Group to ensure we exceed our guest's expectations.

Ideal candidates:

• You are mechanically inclined.
• You have experience working in a commercial maintenance environment (preferred).
• You have a working knowledge in HVAC, plumbing and electrical (preferred).
• You have a working knowledge in light carpentry, painting and wall paper application (preferred).
• You have a working knowledge of tree/shrub and turf maintenance (proper watering, fertilization, pruning, mowing, preferred).
• You have a working knowledge of grounds maintenance equipment (mower, edger, trimmer, chainsaw, sprayer).
• You are outgoing, friendly and can communicate professionally with our guests, your supervisor and your co-workers
• You take pride in your work.
• You like working with a supportive team.
• You are actively engaged and passionate about where you work
• You work with professionalism and integrity.
