Maintenance Technician
Seeking two technicians in the following area: El Paso, TX location (other locations will also be considered)
Extensive travel, up to 75%

We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented problem solver, with strong organizational skills and the desire to grow with the company. Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will repair and maintain equipment for our restaurants in the El Paso and Waco-Killeen surrounding locations.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask and work independently. Strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Responsible for repairs and maintains all equipment.
- (e.g., refrigerators, air conditioners, coolers, freezers)
- Must repair broilers, fryers, and all heating and food preparation equipment.
- Respond to emergencies including nights and weekends to correct unsafe or hazardous conditions
Qualifications:
- At least 3 year-experience in the Restaurant Industry with Technician experience
- At least 1 year-experience in hot side repair
- Certification in HVAC or related field experience (required)
- Certification in EPA or related field experience (preferred)
- Carpentry and tile work experience (preferred)
- Candidates must successfully pass drug screen and background check.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Must maintain CFC refrigeration certification. EPA universal.
- Ability to obtain certifications on specialized cooking equipment paid for by Ampler
- High School Diploma or GED required.
