Job Details:
- Plan, coordinate, program, and prepare guidelines, instructions, etc., control, and/or execute assigned preventive & corrective maintenance activities in line with the annual maintenance plan.
- All machinery equipment and installations are in perfect condition, available, and smoothly running
- Diagnose and analyze failures, rectify breakdowns, and identify potential causes for incidents
- Support the production team members in troubleshooting, and contribute to the identification and implementation of equipment replacement scenarios.
- Minimal disturbances of production processes, input, and support for improvement opportunities with regard to installations and equipment.
- Monitor the performance and condition of machinery and the quality of spare parts and of work executed by third parties, by regularly testing and auditing activities and taking appropriate action if necessary.
- Flawless operation of equipment and timely maintenance and ensuring that Maintenance activities and spare parts always meet the quality specification (first-time right).
- Ensure that maintenance interventions are compliant with environmental, safety, quality, and security policies and guidelines. If necessary, take corrective actions and/or escalate compliance issues.
Job Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years of robotic experience
- B.A degree preferred or additional education
- PLC Programming experience
