Maintenance Technician Job at HARBOR TERRACE
Harbor Terrace Retirement Center, a Senior Living Care facility in San Pedro is hiring qualified workers of all levels, laborers to highly skilled individuals.
- Construction, demolition & clean up
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Framing, drywall, painting, light plumbing/electrical
- Hourly pay depends on experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be responsible and reliable
- Knowledge and skills in multiple trades are a plus
- Team player that can operate independently as required
- Energetic, self-starter
- Be punctual, clean cut, and honest.
- Have a positive and motivated attitude.
- Be available for afterhours/ emergency work as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds continuously on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Work authorization in the United States (Required).
- Must pass pre-employment integrity survey, medical testing and credit check
- Valid CA Driver’s License
- Must be able to communicate and read English
