Hayloft Property Management company is looking to hire qualified Maintenance Technicians to work for Class A properties in Sioux Falls, SD.
THE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IS PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING:
- General/preventive maintenance and repairs on all physical structures and certain facility equipment.
- Grounds maintenance in compliance with established safety rules, policies and procedures.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED:
- Painting apartments
- Completion of daily assigned work orders
- Maintain inventory levels
- Trained in maintenance of swimming pools and spas
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
- Plumbing
- Drywall
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- Curb appeal of property, buildings, and common areas
BENEFITS:
- $20 - $23 per hour
