• Maintenance Technician - Full Time

We are a growing third party property management business located in Downtown Baltimore City. We are looking for a hard-working, honest and dependable full time maintenance technician to join our team. RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, VALID MARYLAND DRIVER’S LICENSE ARE REQUIRED ALONG WITH RELIABLE CELLPHONE AND EMAIL.

The ideal candidate must:

• Have their own tools
• Be able to pass a drug test
• Be able to pass a criminal back ground check
• Have reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Reliable Vehicle - Work Van

TYPES OF EXPERIENCE REQUESTED:

• Able to process and fulfill work orders for a variety of maintenance issues including, but not limited to, HVAC,
• Electrical - changing outlets, switches, ceiling fans, installing fixtures, ect.
• Plumbing - set toilets, changing faucets, installing plumbing trim, ect.
• Landscaping work, such as mowing and brush removal
• Complete invoice and tickets for all work completed
• Able to remove bulk trash
• Able to work with a computer and IPad
• Dry wall patching
• Punch out and inspection list repair work
• Painting – interior & exterior
• Finish carpentry – Wood, drywall, trim, molding, doors, windows, siding, etc.
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Basic appliance repair and install knowledge
• Must be able to lift 80 pounds
• Must be able to go up ladder 30+ feet

Qualifications and Skill Required:

• High school diploma is a must
• 4 + years on the job experience
• Reliable Smartphone and internet service
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English, Spanish is a plus
• Reliable vehicle and power tools
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• HVAC certification strongly preferred
• Electrical certification strongly preferred
• Knowledge of common maintenance issues in residential units
• Time management skills

Benefits and Compensation:

• Starting at $25.00-28.00/hour dependent upon experience
