Maintenance Technician– Residential
Come join the Weigand-Omega Team for this exciting opportunity. We are looking to add a Maintenance Technician with our Residential team at City View at Saint Margaret's located
in Kansas City, KS. The Maintenance Technician performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property and on all systems with-in. They are responsible for maintaining the cleaned and repaired condition of the property interiors, exteriors, and site. It should be noted that some duties might not be specifically addressed.

in Kansas City, KS. The Maintenance Technician performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property and on all systems with-in. Knowledge, Abilities and Other Qualities
- The employee shall perform his/her duties using standard levels of productivity and dependability, ensuring completion in a timely and zero-defect manner
- He/she must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good resident/tenant relations and service
- The employee must have the ability to work independently, be able to direct others, a willingness to learn, and good communication skills and be willing to participate fully in staff meetings and designated training programs.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must have the EPA Universal Certification
- A total of at least 2 years of experience by Vocational HVAC Schooling (please provide transcript or certificate of completion) AND/OR Verifiable apprenticeship training
