Maintenance Technician-Full Time Job at Flynn Management Corporation
Flynn Management is looking for a Full Time Porter/Maintenance Assistant for our apartment community in Ormond Beach Florida. The ideal candidate will have a preferred amount of 1 year similar experience, be self-motivated, able to work independently and own tools. May have exterior repairs and carpenter skills, "hand-on" experience of pressure washing, painting, sidings and overall general repair knowledge.
Shift will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8-12 / 1-5.

All application will be required to pass a basic maintenance exam. We require references from prior supervisors. All applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment drug, alcohol and background screening.
